Frasers Property is committed to contributing to the communities in which they operate.

This Christmas , we introduced an initiative called #SeasonForGiving, where 5 of Frasers Property’s southern estates (Winnersh Triangle, Chineham Park, Farnborough Business Park, Maxis Bracknell and Watchmoor Park) hosted an online Christmas Market, as each park was unable to host a physical market onsite, as has been tradition in previous years.

Through this, occupiers had the chance to donate to local children’s charities and food banks via an online Giving Tree and also shop from an online market stall which supported a small business local to the business park.

Thank you to all who took part in our festive initiative – people that donated, our nominated charities, park teams and  local businesses.

We’ve been busy working with all of our nominated charities to count gifts and donations. Although we are still receiving final numbers, we are pleased to announce that in total 90 toys were gifted to children’s charities and shelters, 150 food packages were given and £720 was donated to a variety of charities local to each park. It’s no doubt that this would have made a very important and positive difference in many people’s Christmas’ and we hope to keep the tradition going!

This may be our biggest charity initiative throughout the year across the parks, but keep an eye on park socials for other charity events held throughout the year.
